Are Stash Tea bags compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are made from sustainable wood pulp and are free of staples and plastic. They are fully compostable in municipal or backyard composting systems.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location.
Are your teas gluten-free and vegan?
The vast majority of our teas are naturally gluten-free and vegan. We clearly list all ingredients on our packaging; if a blend contains honey or dairy derivatives, it will be noted in the product description.
