At Stash Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea or teaware, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused tea or teaware in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility without damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
